(f) Upload, stream, email, or otherwise transmit ( i ) any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, “pyramid” or similar schemes, or any other form of solicitation or (ii) any viruses or other computer code that could interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Services or the Software, infect or damage another user’s computer, or interfere with the access of any other user to the Services or the Software;

(h) Represent that myLifeCoach.me endorses or supports your site or content;

Payment Terms
Fees that myLifeCoach.me charges you after the 7 days trial period, are due immediately and are non-refundable other than in circumstances in which the Company considers that a refund is justified.
The Company, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of our clients. These promotional offers, unless made to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your offer or any contract with the Company.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
