my Life Coach is an online program supported by a "real life" coach. Start the program by telling your coach what you want to get out of the program so she/he can adjust the program to your individual needs.
2. Analyze Yourself
Become aware of what is most important to you and what you are missing. Become aware of your true motives, your desires and beliefs. Re- connect with those dreams you had when you were younger.
3. Identify Areas for Growth
Assess your life and identify the areas you want to grow and enhance.
4. Challenge and Experience
Step out of your comfort zone, strengthen your will power and free your mind from negativity.
5. Achieve Your Goals
Set meaningful goals, have a plan of attack and take action to achieve your dreams.
6. Celebrate and Repeat
Look back at what you have achieved, enjoy the victory and take a breath before you set your focus on the next goal.
